Anderson Communications, warrants to the original end-user of its products, that
our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship, appearing within
twelve (12) months after the date of purchase. If any covered defect is
discovered during the warranty period, Anderson Communications will repair or
(at its option) replace the affected parts. Such repair or replacement shall be
the sole liability of Anderson Communications, and the sole remedy of the
purchaser, in connection with the product(s), and all shipping and handling
charges associated with any such repair or replacement shall be paid by the
purchaser. If during the warranty period, it appears that your product contains
a defect covered by this warranty, contact Anderson Communications first. DO
NOT send/mail in. You (the customer/purchaser/user) MUST first obtain “written
permission” from Anderson Communications – before returning ANY merchandise of
ANY sort for ANY reason. This warranty does not cover product failure
attributable to anything other than a defect in materials and workmanship,
including but not limited to product failure caused by improper operation or
care, improper installation, abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, or damage from
improper shipping or servicing. Ordinary wear and tear shall not be deemed a
defect in materials or workmanship. No employee, agent, dealer or distributor is
authorized to extend or expand the coverage of this warranty.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK BY
customer/purchaser/user.
Certain product device failures (such as Satellite Television Receiver On-Going
Broadcast Reception) are unpredictable and may occur suddenly. The
customer/purchaser/user acknowledges that these and other product device
failures cannot necessarily be detected by Anderson Communications - or by the
customer/purchaser/user. The customer/purchaser/user FULLY agrees to accept
these risks in a manner consistent with a reasonable overall risk of Anderson
Communications, “customer/purchaser/user Service Program”.
NOTICES REGARDING
SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OUR INTERNET WEB SITE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDERSON COMMUNICATIONS - AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES

Product
DESIGN/Cosmetic Modification Changes.
Anderson Communications may at any time make such changes in design and
construction of products as Anderson Communications deems appropriate, without
notice to buyer of ANY sort. Anderson Communications may furnish suitable
substitutes for materials unobtainable because of priorities or regulations
established by governmental authority or non-availability of materials from
suppliers. By continuing to use our Internet Web Site before or after ANY
changes are posted, you (the customer/purchaser/user) are indicating your
acceptance of those changes. Anderson Communications, may add, change,
discontinue, remove or suspend any other Materials or Products posted on this

without notice and without liability.
Technical Information.
Any sketches, models, samples or software data submitted by Anderson
Communications, shall remain the property of Anderson Communications, and shall
be treated as confidential information unless Anderson Communications has in
writing indicated a contrary intent. No use or disclosure of such sketches,
models, samples or software data, including any design or production techniques
revealed thereby, shall be made without the express written consent of Anderson
Communications.

The Buyer shall be solely responsible and hereby assumes ANY and ALL liability
for the proper installation, operation and use of certain products - including
without limitation, the obtaining of ALL permits, licenses or certificates or in
some cases – authorized permission required for the installation or use of such
equipment. The use of some of products listed here at our Internet Web Site or
elsewhere may carry additional restrictions in certain countries. Any license
needed, authorized special permission or ANY other legal issues arising from the
purchase or use of ANY product purchased through Anderson Communications, is the
sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser/user, and Anderson Communications,
will NOT be held responsible or liable in ANY case.

Any and ALL brochures, warnings or the like concerning the products supplied
hereunder are supplied as an aid to buyer and are not represented to be
accurate, complete or sufficient. Buyer will indemnify and hold harmless
Anderson Communications, against all liabilities and expenses (including
attorneys' fees) arising out of the use of the products by buyer or a third
party in any case where buyer fails to make available adequate warnings and
instructions concerning the proper and normal use of the products.

Various “Third Party” Internet Web Links will let you (the
customer/purchaser/user) leave Anderson Communication’s - Internet Web Site. The
linked Internet Web Site are NOT under the control of Anderson
Communications, and Anderson Communications, is NOT responsible for the
contents of ANY linked Internet Web Site or ANY link contained in
a linked Internet Web Site, or ANY changes or updates to such Internet
Web Sites. Anderson Communications is NOT responsible for "webcasting" or
ANY other form of transmission received from ANY linked Internet
Web Site. Anderson Communications is providing these links to you the
customer/purchaser/user only as a convenience, and the inclusion of ANY
link does not imply endorsement

Prices
and Order Limits.
Prices advertised on this Internet Web Site or elsewhere are for Internet Orders
ONLY - and are calculated in USA (United
States
of America)
Currency in effect at the actual time of purchase and shipment. Prices on some
items may differ from those charged on Telephone, Fax, Person-to-Person or other
orders. Prices for any rescheduled deliveries may be increased by Anderson
Communications, in the event of an increase in Anderson Communications, prices
or costs or causes beyond Anderson Communications, reasonable control. We here
at Anderson Communications, reserve the right to limit sales, including the
right to prohibit sales, at our discretion. All orders of International origin
are exported from the U.S. in accordance with Export Administration Regulations.
All taxes, duties, insurance, shipping charges, and other international charges
and fees are the FULL responsibility of the customer/purchaser/user.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
Defective merchandise due to "faulty product quality by the original
manufacture" of ANY sort purchased through Anderson Communications will be
exchanged for the same identical item purchased - simply contact us at:

No Cash refunds or price protection will be issued under ANY conditions. NO
Exceptions.
Product
Freight Damage.
If you (the customer/purchaser/user) receive ANY merchandise from Anderson
Communications - that has been damaged in transit by the delivery carrier, it is
very important that you (the customer/purchaser/user) keep the original shipping
carton, packing material and parts intact as received. Please email Anderson
Communications -Customer Service Department at:

immediately to initiate a “product damage” claim. NOTE: When your
shipment is received please inspect for damage. If there is exterior damage to
the package, if possible, please notify the carrier before he leaves the package
at your premises. Do not return damaged merchandise without contacting Anderson
Communications - first. Damaged merchandise must be reported to Anderson
Communications, within no less than 20 (twenty) consecutive business days of
order of receipt for Anderson Communications, in order for us to properly
process your claim.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE/RETURN OF MERCHANDISE.
We want you as a customer/purchaser/user to be
happy with your purchase, and Anderson Communications, strives to accurately
describe ALL items and to provide high quality merchandise and services.
There are NO refunds of ANY sort allowed on ANY Products (or
Services) purchased or serviced by Anderson Communications -

Anderson Communications, will replace ANY defective/non-working product actually
purchased by Anderson Communications, from the original purchaser - within a 1

SHIPPING.
Unless merchant and
customer/purchaser/user
specifically agree otherwise in writing, ALL shipments are made from Anderson
Communications, Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) using packaging and shipping methods
selected by us (Anderson Communications). There are additional charges for
International, or Oversized Items. Please allow up to 10 (Ten) consecutive
business days for delivery. You (the
customer/purchaser/user)
understand that any date of delivery is only an estimate and Anderson
Communications, will have no liability for late or partial deliveries. Anderson
Communications may refuse to fulfill ANY order for ANY reason. All items
purchased from Anderson Communications are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our
delivery to the carrier. Anderson
Communications has no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods after we
have delivered them to any common carrier.
EXPORT
CONTROLS. ALL
Products purchased from Anderson Communications, are subject to government
export control laws, restrictions, regulations and orders of the United States,
including outside of the United States. The customer/purchaser/user agrees to
comply with ALL applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the
United States or foreign agencies or authorities, and shall NOT export, or
transfer for the purpose of re-export, any product to any prohibited or
embargoed country or to any denied, blocked, or designated person or entity as
mentioned in any such United States or foreign law or regulation. The
customer/purchaser/user represents and warrants that it is not on the Denied
Persons, Specially Designated Nationals or Debarred Persons List and is not
otherwise prohibited by law from purchasing the products or services hereunder.
The customer/purchaser/user shall be FULLY responsible for obtaining any
required license to export, re-export or import.
FORCE MAJEURE.
Anderson Communications, will NOT be liable for delays in delivery or for
failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control,
including, but not limited to, product allocations, material shortages, labor
disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or
omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities,
Government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions,
computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, or
war, etc. Anderson Communications, time for delivery or performance will be
extended by the period of such delay or Anderson Communications, may, at its
option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof without liability by giving
notice to customer/purchaser/user.
THE
customer/purchaser/user COMPLETE
UNDERSTANDING.
The customer/purchaser/user FULLY
UNDERSTANDS that they have relied upon their own skills and judgment in
deciding to acquire ANY products or services purchased through Anderson
Communications, or its distributors. By placing this order, the
customer/purchaser/user, states that he or she is of legal age
(18 years or older) and that
ALL products ordered or services rendered will only be used in a lawful
manner. It is the customer/purchaser/user /purchaser/user FULL
responsibility to comply with ALL Federal, State, Local and Government
Rules within his or her area. In addition, the customer/purchaser/user, shall
entirely INDEMNIFY Anderson Communications, and its distributors, and FULLY
hold harmless - Anderson Communications, or its distributors, against ANY
and ALL liabilities, demands, claims, suits, losses, damages, causes of
action, fines or judgments, including costs, attorney's and witnesses' fees, and
expenses incident hereto . Laws vary from state to state, or from country to
country, Anderson Communications, or its distributors are NOT engaged in
rendering legal, accounting, or other professional advice or services, the
customer/purchaser/user FULLY agrees to seek the expert advice of a
competent experienced professional.
THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement terminates and supersedes ANY prior agreement(s) between Anderson Communications, or its distributors. The customer/purchaser/user CERTIFY by acceptance/signing and purchasing ANY products or services by Anderson Communications, as outlined within this document, that they have FULLY read, and CLEARLY UNDERSTAND - ALL PORTIONS of this agreement ("Anderson Communications -Terms and Conditions"). This ENTIRE AGREEMENT shall BIND the respective parties, their administrators, successors, heirs and assigns - and constitute the FINAL and COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING between Anderson Communications, and the customer/purchaser/user - hereto, and that NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS or PROMISES - WHETHER VERBAL, WRITTEN or OTHERWISE, have been made of ANY sort. FINAL/END.
